CHECK THY HEART

For freely you have received,
Psychologically in freely I open palms to give,
With a washed clean willing heart,
I rejoice this heart,
I picture smiling face like a joyful heart,
I remove from my chest I put in hands,
As I shout how is thy heart,

For I plead, create in me a clean heart
O' God; and renew a right spirit in me,
For my questions in head will be;
If I should wash myself with snow
And cleanse my hands with lye;
My God will draw near to me,
As He cleanse and purify my heart,
For 'I'm pure,
Without transgression,
I'm innocent,
And there is no guilt in me,

Yet God has shown me
I should not call any man unclean;
But' for where your treasure is,
There your heart will be also;
So I stand to keep my heart
With all diligence;
For out of it
Are the wellspring of life;
Check thy heart.
